Oasis Recording was one of the busiest production companies in town during Super Bowl weekend, completing projects for “The Blockbuster 17th Annual All Madden Team” and CDW.

President and Chief Sound Designer Bob Gillespie recorded an automated dialogue replacement session with sports commentators John Madden and Pat Summerall for the “All Madden Team” special, which aired prior to this year’s Super Bowl. John Ward and Gary Lang of Fox Sports produced the showcase of NFL’s biggest and brightest in 1999.

Gillespie also edited and mixed a series of :30 TV commercials for catalogue based computer solutions company CDW. Cindy Anderson, a Freelance Producer for Donino, White and Partners, produced the spots showing how CDW can alleviate job stress in the information technology industry. Andrew Becker of T Minus 30 Films directed the project, which was then edited on the Avid Symphony by Freelance Editor Brett Langefels at Magick Lantern. The spots debuted during Super Bowl pre-game festivities on Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC and various cable networks.
