Changes are afoot at the top of the Gordon Bailey and Associates management ladder. Gordon R. Bailey, Founder and President of GBA the Business Generation Company, has been named Chairman of the Atlanta based strategic marketing firm. Succeeding Bailey as President and CEO is Doug Pickert, a 16-year veteran of the company. At the same time, Shannon Clarke has been promoted to Executive Vice-President.

GBA was founded in 1972 as a foodservice marketing firm but quickly grew to encompass industrial, medical, and high-tech clients as well. The company became part of SourceLink Business Services, a division of Jordan Industries, in March 1999.
