Wide Open Films, Inc. has begun posting feature film “Dirt Boy.” Principle photography wrapped in Wellfleet, MA and New York City. Wide Open is producing the film for A Winter Tale, Inc. Wide Open’s John Carter and Brian Gurley are executive producing. Mark Carter is coordinating post production in Atlanta. Randall Penn at Crawford Film Group managed all the dailies. The film will be edited by Megan Agosto, who has worked in the past with Francis Ford Coppola and Penny Marshall. Jay Frasco is the Writer/Director. Whit Norris handled production sound. Christy O’Neill handled business planning and production accounting.

Recent commercial projects for Wide Open include four Maxxis Tire spots which will air internationally; two spots for Goody’s, with Jodi Dufresne producing, and a business to business spot for BellSouth. Wide Open has also begun work on a BellSouth spot for the K-12 market produced with MaxMedia’s Keelhn Wheeler.
