Michael Taylor, Principal and Creative Director of Merge Design, has been selected as a judge for The 15th Black Book AR 100 Award Show in New York. The annual show is the largest and most prestigious competition recognizing excellence in design and production of corporate annual reports. Taylor is among a panel of four expert judges chosen from around the country to review work from corporate designers across the country. Taylor’s firm continues to be recognized for its work in annual report design, having won outstanding achievement honors in HOW and Communication Arts.

Merge has also added another e-business to its interactive portfolio. The firm just signed AllConnect, a free service that helps consumers select, compare, and order utilities, telecommunications, and other service plans that best meet household needs. Merge will design the AllConnect interface, integrating a sophisticated decision support system that identifies the best service providers, service plans, and technologies, based on individual usage patterns and preferences.
