Robert Patillo Properties, Inc. has chosen GBA, The Business Generation Company as its marketing and business generation firm. A privately held real estate development and investment company, Robert Patillo has been in operation since 1956. GBA will provide database programs, nurture marketing programs, and provide web site development, design, and support.

Jim Loser (pronounced LOWsher) has been promoted to Creative Director at GBA. Loser joined the company as Assistant Creative Director and will continue working with Siemens Energy and Automation and Hoffman Enclosures. Previously, Loser contributed to academia as an adjunct Professor of Art and Visual Communications at Florida State University while he worked as a Designer and Art Director at Tallahassee agencies. Formerly a Professor of Art and Graphic Design at Savannah College of Art and Design, he received a BFA from West Liberty State College in West Virginia and an MFA in Studio Art from Florida State University.

To support increased client activities, GBA has added three new associates. John Rose has entered as Senior Account Executive and will work with the Siemens Energy and Automation and Hoffman Enclosures accounts. Phil Perry returns to GBA as Senior Art Director after 13 years of managing his own business. His accounts will include Roberto Patillo Properties, Schlumberger, and Golden Dipt. Perry is a graduate of the Portfolio Center. Carroll McKoy Knabe joins the team as an Account Executive. A graduate of Georgia State University, Knabe’s clients will include Rich Products and Flavorite.

Phyllis Reed has been promoted to Accounting Manager. Kristi Lastinger has been promoted to Senior Accounting Assistant. Lastinger is currently working on a degree in Accounting at the Gwinnet Technical Institute.
