Broadus & Associates hired veteran advertising executive, Ronald N. Counton who made his name in Chicago and Minneapolis. His position is Executive Vice President; his role is Chief Operating Officer. Counton will manage all strategic planning, client services, and daily agency operational facets.

Counton came from Foote, Cone & Beldings’s Chicago office. He spent 15 years partnering, buying, and growing top creative agencies in Minneapolis with a list of clients that sounds an awful lot like the Fortune 200: 3M, Northwest Airlines, Cummins Engine, Arctic Cat, Dayton’s/Target Stores, US West, Mall of America, Honeywell, Super Valu, Mercury Outboards and Pillsbury.
