Georgia Writer and Director, Michael Valverde launched production and filming of his independent film, “Losing Grace” at the beginning of August. Set to film in Atlanta and Tampa, the movie tells the story of two brothers struggling to get their lives in order after the unexpected loss of their sister, Grace. Based on the events surrounding the death of Valderve’s own sister, “Losing Grace” attracted the attention of seasoned actors including: Lesley Ann Warren (“Victor/Victoria,” “Clue,” “Burglar,” “Life Stinks,” “The Color of Money”) and Ronny Cox (“Forces of Nature,” “Loose Cannons,” “Total Recall,” “Beverly Hills Cop I & II,” “Robocop,” and “Deliverance”) who star as Grace’s parents. The brothers, Jordan and Zachary, are played by WB 7th Heaven regular, Matt Farnsworth and Ryan Browning. Jenny Andrew, from Atlanta’s Whole World Theatre will appear in the film. The movie will also introduce new talent including Beth Ann Warren as Grace. Warren is also the niece of Lesley Ann Warren. The movie examines how each family member handles Grace’s death with a message of hope and perseverance.
