Following the trend of integrated business, 360i.com Inc. has added public relations to its list of competencies. Ginny Moore will lead the new division. Previously, Moore supervised the business to business practice of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide.
In their sudden mood for expansion, 360 has also added an advanced technology division. Led by Chief Technologist, Alex Shillington, the division will implement technology’s latest advances in interactive advertising including rich media, streaming media, and Wireless Application Protocol. Prior to joining 360’s team, Shillington served as Senior Software Engineer at Helios Health and as a Programmer and Senior Webmaster with Cox Interactive Media. The division will enhance 360’s creative products to include advertisements that run on desktop applications, cellular phones, hand held devices, interactive televisions, and commercial and household Internet appliances.
360 also expanded its account services team by two. Rachael Cohen has been hired as a Senior Account Manager. Leveraging Cohen’s background in telecommunications as well as her experience in interactive and broadcast production, 360 put her in charge of Mpower Communications Corporation, a broadband communications client. Before doing the 360, Cohen served as Account Executive as WestWayne, Inc. where she managed projects for BellSouth Mobility. She has also worked with Pollack, Levitt and Partners as well as BBDO South.
Katie Whitney joins the team as an Account Manager and will manage the KnowX.com account. Previously, Whitney worked as an Account Manager at Bridge Communications where she managed the site guide development, creative work, and branding campaigns for such clients as CNN and The Coca-Cola Company. Whitney also garnered marketing know how with Adair-Greene, Inc.
Erin Greenwald has been promoted to Media Director. Her responsibilities will include supervising media and traffic departments, overseeing the execution of e-mail marketing campaigns, and developing media strategies. Before coming to 360, Greenwald was Client Services Manager with The Highlands Program while she pursued an MBA at Georgia State University. She also worked with agencies, J. Walter Thompson and BBDO South as a Media Planner working on such accounts as Delta Air Lines, Dodge Cars and Trucks, Georgia Pacific and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Mpower, provider of integrated broadband communication services, selected 360 as their interactive agency of record in June. 360 will be responsible for their strategic planning, email management, creative development, media planning and buying and search engine management. The national campaign, launched July 7, will generate small business prospects for Mpower. The campaign will leverage rich media, including a webformercial, and a series of online, exclusive digitally, streamed spots.
360i.com was also recently named one of the Top 100 Advertising Agencies for 2000 by ChannelSeven.com. For the second year, the agency was recognized for its creative projects, media planning and buying, and search engine services.
