T.G. Madison Advertising has hired the award winning creative team of Art Director, Shane Nearman and Copywriter, Mike Betts. Prior to joining the T.G. team, Nearman was Art Director at Turner Fernandez Turner and held positions as Art Director at New York based agencies Ferrell Calvillo and Devito/Verdi. Nearman holds a BA degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Betts joins from Turner Fernandez Turner as well. A graduate of the University of Montevallo in Alabama and Creative Circus, Betts has a BS in Communications. While at Turner Fernandez Turner, this dynamic duo produced campaigns for Simpata.com, Georgia Department of Transportation, Polyvision, Inc., and The Pensacola News Journal. Their work has garnered awards and honors including One Show, Show South, Atlanta ADDY’s (including Best of Show for Georgia Department of Transportation), and Art Director’s Club.
