CARE, the international relief and development organization is now offering a Sony VX2000 Digital Video Camera for rental to the Atlanta market. The package is intended for independent filmmakers, non-profit producers, and students. CARE’s Manager of Video Production, Scott Thigpen says, “It’s a win-win deal for everyone. Making the equipment available for rental not only helps local videographers who are in need of an affordable camera package, but by choosing to rent from CARE, the individual will also be contributing to our efforts to fight world poverty.” The complete package includes camera, batteries, lavaliere microphone, XLR audio accessories, tripod, and more. It can be rented on a daily or weekly basis for shooting projects on mini-DV format.
