iXL, Inc. has made two additions to the company’s senior management team, naming Mike Bours Vice President of Engineering and Aleda Paske Vice President of Consulting. Bours will develop engineering capabilities to deliver implementations to the company’s industry and service groups. Bours joined the team in 1998 as Director of Engineering and meanwhile established iXL’s Performance Engineering and Internet Operations practices. He was promoted to Vice President of Alliance Operations earlier this year and managed regional alliance directors and programs to improve quality of delivery. Prior to joining iXL, Bours served as Manager of Systems Architecture for Federated Department Stores where he worked for over 14 years. Bours is a graduate of Los Angeles City College.

As Vice President of Consulting, Aleda Paske will work with the internal solutions group to assemble a team to staff client projects. Paske has over 25 years of experience supporting and implementing business systems software. Prior to joining iXL, she worked as Vice President of Consulting Services for Ross Systems, Inc and was responsible for the business and application consulting practice in North America. She has also held positions in client services, business systems analysis, and installation consulting with ROI Systems, Inc., A.B. Dick Company, and Xerox Computer Services. Paske hails from Georgia State University where she studied economics.
