GBA Hires Three GBA Hires Three
In support of expanding client activities, Gordon Bailey & Associates (GBA, The Business Generation Company®) has added three new associates. Matt Geiger comes in as Art Director/Art Developer. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Geiger brings eight years experience in graphic design and web technologies. Shannon Petty joins as Assistant Art Director. She brings three years of experience to the GBA table and holds a BBA from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Mercer University, and an Associates Degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Beth Baker will take on the role of Marketing Technologies Executive. A UGA graduate with a degree in Speech Communications, Baker’s background is in database management.
With increased client activities, GBA’s employee roster keeps growing. Mark Simmering joins as Vice President of New Business Development. Simmering brings 25 years of experience. Once Vice President of both Reed, Roberts Associates and GAB Business Service, Inc., he also served as COO of SEMCO as well as Director of International Business Development. Most recently, he provided business development consultation for Miramar, Primedia InterTec, and InterMarket.
David Gutpill, a graduate of the University of Georgia and University of Tampa with 20 years experience in computers and networking, joins the team as Information Technology Director. John Boston will be GBA’s Print Production Assistant. Boston is currently pursuing a degree in Communications from Reinhardt College.
In addition to bolstering its team, GBA has refined its systems. With their proprietary eSymphony application, GBA can measure marketing tactics closely. President, Doug Pickert said clients will be able to maximize their marketing potential with these new systems.
