Actual Reality and The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences joined forces to produce a fifteen minute, full cel, animated children’s short, “Smart Kids Fight Bac!,” for elementary schools throughout the nation. UGA’s, Dr. Judy Harrison, Associate Professor in the Department of Foods and Nutrition, and Bob Molleur, a Video Producer for the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, wrote the original script. The program expounds on safe food handling procedures and hygiene for its young audience, with cartoon characters, Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chili.

Actual Reality’s Charlie Willis teamed up with Molleur to produce the program. Funny Farm helped with animation and Oasis Recording assisted with voice recording and sound effects. Jeffrey Fastner served as Animation Director, and voices were provided by Atlanta talents Steve Kuhn, Maureen Doran, Suzanne Hawn, Bob Hader, and Molleur. Composer Steve Hulse created the original score.
