From the forest to Crown Park, BBC Productions is going to be busy with three new contracts. For the first project, BBC will create an outreach video, brochure, and trade show display for the southern region of the USDA Forest Service. Collateral pieces will be used to educate the public about forest services, programs, and products.

BBC has also been contracted to create advertising materials for Lin R. Rogers Electrical Contractors, Inc., an electrical contracting firm based in Roswell with offices in Dallas, Denver, and Tampa. Crown Park Homes, Inc. named BBC its agency of record. BBC will develop a corporate identity to launch the brand including logo, tagline, stationary package, sales brochure, website, signage, and advertising for Crown Homes and its three new Gwinnett home developments, Amelia Grove, Apalachee Plantation, and Ashland Park.

On the social front, a new client heightens BBC’s social consciousness. BBC secured a contract with the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) to develop a marketing plan for MARTA’s Access to Jobs program initiative. The program informs Temporary Assistance for Needy Family (TANF) recipients, Welfare to Work individuals, and employers about using MARTA to access jobs across the metropolitan region.

Atlanta is not the first metropolitan city trying to make employers and potential employees mutually accessible with existing transit services. According to BBC, a study by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) revealed that a “significant” number of companies are opening new facilities, thus generating more entry-level positions. Many of these companies are relocating to suburbs to the north and northeast of the city proper, presenting a logistics challenge.

BBC will develop advertising and marketing efforts to encourage TANF and Welfare to Work individuals to ride MARTA to jobs across the metro Atlanta area. The plan will also encourage business owners and HR managers to join the MARTA Partnership Program, which provides discounts on MARTA passes. BBC will research media to recommend future advertising/marketing efforts directed at potential employees and employers. BBC is working in conjunction with communications 21 and Leslie Bolden, a specialist in special event planning and execution, to create the multi-pronged plan.
