An Art Direction student at the Creative Circus recently won $15,000 in scholarships from the AAAA Foundation. Lance McBride is one of 16 multicultural students nationwide to receive AAAA scholarships this year for promoting cultural diversity within agency creative departments. Founded in 1997, the organization was conceived by the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

McBride received funds from two foundation sources, Operation Jump Start (funded by AAAA members and other industry related groups and individuals) and the Bill Bernbach Minority Scholarship, funded by DDB Worldwide in honor of founder, Bill Bernbach.
