Even a bus is entitled to a name. And even a shuttle service wants a good one. The Buckhead Area Transportation Management Association (BATMA) received over 425 votes via ballot and the internet on the name and identity of the Buckhead Shuttle Service. Voting, which ended in December, was kicked off with a presentation of potential names and corresponding logos at a public meeting in November. BATMA announced the winners to the public at a ceremony at Phipps Plaza.

The six final names were created by student teams from Portfolio Center. Proud students attended the unveiling ceremony and were recognized in an awards presentation. The final names were: B-Link, Beat, BUC, Breeze, Bev, and Rev.
