Boris Photography continues its tradition of contributing to visible pro bono campaigns with Austin Kelley Advertising. Joe Boris created photography for two posters recently selected by Print’s Regional Design Annual 2000.

Austin Kelley Art Director, Dave Galligos, requested Boris’ assistance with work for the Center for Puppetry Arts and Art Director, Damon Williams, formerly with Austin Kelley, called on Boris to help with the agency’s campaign for the Humane Society of Cobb County. The latter was one of ten finalists for the A.A.A.A. O’Toole award in 2000.

“When talented people call you with great ideas for deserving causes, how can you go wrong?” quips the photographer. “It can’t always be about the money. Usually less means more in terms of creative input and fun. And it’s always great seeing your name included in the credits of winning team, especially when they spell it correctly.”
