Allied Vaughn recently purchased and reorganized Allied Digital Technologies. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the company will continue to serve customers nationwide. The recombined company will offer Allied Vaughn’s former services – videotape duplication, CD replication and duplication, packaging, and distribution – with new services which include DVD replication, digital authoring, and video streaming. Allied Vaughn has also secured a cooperative manufacturing agreement with AmericDisc, which works in the CD and DVD market.
