You’ve got to give a good party when you’re asking people to donate money. And after a great party, donate they did. $50,000, to be exact, was raised in a one night event held at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. The Friends of Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses asked SIGNAL to help them create a new event theme and message for their annual fund raising effort. The sixth event was a success, with 525 party attendees enjoying the nautical night, tripling event returns. Linda Morris, Executive Director of the Houses said, “We are most appreciative of this generous donation by SIGNAL.”

SIGNAL President Lee Ann Else said, “...in February, people are wishing to be transported to warm places. The idea of Port O’ Call came from the large circular ‘port holes’ in the atrium of the museum.”
