Aquent promoted Debbie Clary to Area Manager. In her new position, Clary will oversee management of clients and placement services as well as marketing the company. Clary joined Aquent in 1997 and was promoted to team leader two years later. Leading web business, she doubled sales during her tenure. Prior to joining Aquent, Clary served as Marketing Coordinator for Crisp Hughes Evans, LLP in North Carolina. She also served as Publications Manager for the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and in marketing at J.E. Wilson Advisors, both in South Carolina. She is membership chair for the Creative Club and a member of the Technology Association of Georgia. Clary is also active in the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Greater Atlanta and North Georgia and the Leukemia Society of America.

Clary and team will be joined with two new hires, Account Manager Scott S. Drake and Creative Recruiter Tina Maudsley. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Drake comes from a PR firm where he served as Account Manager for three years. Drake is actively involved with the Decatur Business Association, where he put his time into the Arts Festival Committee. A Georgia State University graduate, Maudsley comes from a creative recruitment position at Sapient.
