Scott Lowden has been busy getting some recognition. Recently Archive, Graphis, and Newsweek have all featured the photographer. In Archive, Lowden along with Huey/Paprocki. His Sammy Awards Show poster, photographed for Fitzgerald & CO. was selected for the Graphis Poster Annual 2001… and in Newsweek, published Feb. 5, Lowden’s work was used in an article covering the “war on drugs.” The ad shown was a collaboration between Lowden and WestWayne for the Partnership for a Drug Free America. Running also in Life and Essence, the ad displayed shows a young Asian boy with the words, “Tell me you’re proud of me” written across his arm.
