Post Modern Editorial Inc. AVID Editor, Christine Deckel won three Telly Awards for long form talent and creativity on projects she edited with Turner Classic Movies’ Senior Producer, Charlie Coates. Deckel brought in a Silver Telly for her work on “Patch It Up,” the story of the reconstruction of the classic documentary, “Elvis: That’s the Way It Is: Special Edition.” The nine minute featurette was included as a companion piece for the DVD released worldwide by Warner Bros. Deckel also won a Silver for “Star of the Month: Frank Sinatra” narrated by Nancy Sinatra and a Gold for “Private Screenings: Betty Hutton,” an open conversation between Betty Hutton and Turner Classic Movies host Robert Osborne. Deckel and Coates also won a Silver for their collaborative work on “Private Screenings: Anthony Quinn.”
