The company recently distributed its second annual “Creative Arts Compensation and Job Satisfaction Survey.” The four page survey gauges the creative industry from salaries to job satisfaction, examining where creative professionals work, how much they earn, and what skills they require to stay competitive.

Those who fill out the survey can also request to receive the executive summary free of charge. The summary, BOSS Staffing says, will help employees evaluate their current compensation and benefits, set reasonable short and long term learning goals, and widen their professional education to leverage in-demand skills. For employers, the results provide data to prepare and manage hiring budgets and a measure to check that the salaries and compensation they offer are commensurate with like positions in other companies.
