Spin Productions welcomed Scott Markowitz as their newest Fire Editor. Markowitz began his editing career at Turner Broad casting and then at CNN where he helped Headline News move into the non-linear editing world. Markowitz then hit the West Coast and worked as Senior Editor with AVID and multiple Discreet platforms for four years.

His main focus at Spin will be Discreet’s Fire platforms which handles high end online, non-linear editing. Markowitz joins the production staff including Keith Adams, Jesse Newman, Kathy Schlesinger, Elizabeth Moates, and Amanda Farmer.
