Synergy Films contracted Magick Lantern to be on location with video cameras for their latest shoot for Chattem Inc.’s Gold Bond product. Bill Strohmeier, Magick’s Executive Producer supervised the technical elements of the Sony Digital Betacam DVW-700 camera and video gear. Strohmeier worked with George Watkins of Synergy, DP Keith Sherer, and Creative Director Drew Fagan of DFI, Los Angeles on the three day shoot. “This was a departure for this client – we’ve always shot on film until this project. Bill understands the intricacies of film making, and was able to help translate our vision to tape. The combination of his expertise and the great equipment allowed us to get some terrific images,” said Watkins.
