Siemens commissioned APC Studios to create a new video presentation showcasing Siemens ability to stay on top of emerging technologies. Using hundreds of hours of video source and two hours of finished animation, APC created the program for Siemen’s display at the APEX 2001 Trade Show. APC was responsible for concept and creative, scripting, music, SFX design, video and audio production, graphics and 3D animation.

Along with the video component, APC created the APEX 2001 Global Solutions Internet Web Module with two internet website elements: one to encourage pre-show interest and the other to capture and display show floor activity. Working with Siemens EAS, APC also designed the SIPLACE Explorer Graphical User Interface accessible from any location across the internet. APC also wrapped up production on a virtual tour CD ROM for DVT Corporation. An interactive program designed as a tool for sales, marketing, and training, APC designed the CD to display over seven hours of video footage. Besides marketing and training, the program also provides access to the company’s website for the latest workshops, tradeshows, and distributor lists. APC recently got some recognition, accepting a 2001 Videographer Award for “DVT – Virtual Tour,” a Telly award for clickandmove.com, and Summit Creative Award for WNNX’s LiveX compilation CD.
