T.G. Madison launched the first U.S. broadcast advertising effort for Caterpillar (Cat) work footwear, a division of the Michigan based Wolverine World Wide. Debuting in strategic markets, the campaign leverages Cat’s association with NASCAR Winston Cup Series’ Ward Burton. Television and print broke in Charlotte, Nashville, Indianapolis, Peoria, and Grand Rapids – all heavy NASCAR viewing areas. Entitled “One Tough Boot,” the ad campaign will target NASCAR’s core market, men between the ages of 18 and 49. ” T.G. Madison’s recent work in cludes spots for the American Cancer Soc iety featuring basketball great Julius Erving.
